v4.0.15 — 28 May 2026

Department-level security, a manual review filter with rerun, queue visibility, batch naming, and full keyboard navigation.

The largest accessibility release so far. Department scoping and the manual review filter are the two that change how a team works day to day.

Added

  • Per-department security. Batches and files can be scoped by department or group, so people see only the content their organizational unit is permitted to see.
  • Manual review filter and rerun. Filter to the files flagged for manual review, then create a new batch to rerun low-scoring or critical items with different remediation settings.
  • Tenant-level analytics dashboard. View accessibility activity and outcomes across the whole tenant without exporting raw data.
  • Queue visibility. Processing queue depth is shown in the interface, so you can judge system load and likely wait times.
  • Name your batch at upload. Give a batch a meaningful name instead of accepting a system-generated label.
  • Keyboard navigation and shortcuts. Full keyboard navigation, a / command palette, and navigation hotkeys across the accessibility module.

Changed

  • Processing columns and color-coded scores. The file list shows how each file was processed and colors the accessibility score for faster triage.
  • Better OCR for auto-tagging. More accurate tags on scanned PDFs through improvements to the auto-tag pipeline.
  • The accessible queue opens up. Users beyond global admins can see the queue when their permissions allow it.
  • Upload flow holds its state. Files stay in the list when you navigate back, and upload dates, metadata, and file counts display correctly. The "new files" indicator is back.
  • Canvas course selection during remediation. You can change the Canvas course when making a course accessible, and batch names are consistent between the batch view and the remediation report.

Fixed

  • Batch sharing. Group descriptions appear in sharing dialogs, deleting a group updates the interface immediately, and batches no longer stay visible after their group is removed.
  • Department security dialogs. Group names display correctly, and previously selected groups are no longer cleared when you edit access.
  • Remediation reports. "Scanned on" shows the correct timestamp, score colors reflect critical issues, and "Changes Made" is no longer truncated.
  • Batch status accuracy. Status text and icons now agree between the accessibility hub and the batch detail page. Stuck in-progress batches and failed processing are handled more reliably, and 404s when downloading an original PDF are resolved.
  • Preserve Layout and full remediation. Fixes for figure alternate text and title failures in full remediation, and for bookmark remediation failing under Preserve Layout.
  • Filters. The manual review filter behaves consistently across batch states, and filters inside a batch group files correctly.
  • Remediation interface cleanup. Removed steps that did not apply (duration, inspect PDF tags, proceed to export) and corrected hand-pointer styling on the completion page.

Also in this release: Canvas & LMS integration (per-user OAuth, processing history on course files), AI Workflow Builder, Agents & Chat, and platform changes. See the full changelog.
